Donald T. Anderson
age 86 of Minneapolis, born March 22, 1925 in Minneapolis to Walter & Margaret Anderson, passed away, Oct 13, 2011. Don proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII in the South Pacific. He was a musician, longtime piano tuner, model train hobbyist and an avid bus rider. He is preceded in death by sister, Delores & husband, Carl Larson, and brother, John Anderson. Don will be dearly missed by sister, Sally & husband, John Balmer; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Anderson and many well loved nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, Oct. 21, 2011 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. So., Mpls. with visitation one hour before. Interment, Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
