Donald R. Mechavich

Donald R. Mechavich, age 59 of Lakeville, born November 3, 1946 in St.Cloud, MN, passed away February 5, 2006 after a courageous battle with ALS, “Lou Gehrig’s Disease”. Donald was a member of the Church of the Risen Savior in Burnsville and also the Apple Valley American Legion, #1776. He is preceded in death by his mother, Jean. Donald is survived by his wife, Marilyn; children: Doneva (Jean Michel) Batty, Michael (Misty) and Dana (Todd) Wulf; grandchildren: Loic, Jordan, Matthew, Samantha, Brett and Bryan; father, Clem; brother, David (Sandy); nieces; nephews; family and friends. Visitation is 4 – 8 PM, Thursday, at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley, and one hour before the mass at church. Funeral Mass, 11:00 AM, Friday, February 10, 2006 at Church of the Risen Savior; 1501 E. Co. Rd. 42, Burnsville. Luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made.
