Dolores Reuter

Dolores Reuter, age 90 of Hastings died Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at the Regina Nursing Home. Dolores was born September 27, 1922 in Hastings to John and Theresa (O�Shaughnessy) Ruhr. She was a 1941 graduate of Hastings High School and married Greg C. Reuter on October 15, 1947 in Miesville. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Greg; son Lawrence �Larry� Reuter and sister Bernardine Stenson. Dolores is survived by her children Kathleen �Kate� (Wayne) Specht of Hastings, David (Kathy) Reuter of Vermillion, Elaine (Don) Adkins of Barnum, MN, Maureen Reuter of Hastings and Mary (Ken Murray) Thibado of Hastings; daughter-in-law Denise Reuter of Eagan; also ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; brother John �Jack� Ruhr of Hastings; nieces and nephews; sister-in-law Theresa Reuter and brother-in-law Harold Stenson. The Funeral Mass, officiated by Fr. Stan Mader will be held 11 AM Saturday, April 27, 2013 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Vermillion. Visitation will be held at the church two hours prior to the service. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. The pallbearers are her grandchildren Sarah Specht, Luke Beissel, Karla Singh, Erin Simmering, Jeremy Reuter, Jennifer Lentz, Kristy Specht, Matt Reuter, Justin Reuter and Ryan Specht.
