Diane Hamilton

Diane L. Hamilton, 59, of Saint Paul, formerly of Hastings, passed away unexpectedly on December 12, 2022, at Regions Hospital in Saint Paul.

Diane was born on March 5, 1963, to Richard and Charlotte (Maher) Hamilton in Hastings, MN. She was a graduate of Hastings High School Class of 1981.

Diane spent her career working in food service as well as manufacturing at various employers in the metro and Hastings.

She enjoyed spending time in and on the water and had a passion for fishing. She was an avid reader and a puzzle fanatic. She looked forward to time with extended family, and more than anything loved spending time with her three sons and grandchildren. Diane was kind, compassionate, giving, selfless in always putting others ahead of herself, and had a strong faith in God and his mercy as she shouldered life’s challenges and struggles.

She is survived by sons Jason Hamilton, Corey Hamilton (Kristi McCoy), Aaron Hamilton. Grandchildren Cody Hamilton, Corey Hamilton Jr. Siblings, Daniel (Debra) Hamilton, Martin (Elizabeth) Hamilton, John “Casey” (Vicky) Hamilton, Kelly (Brian) Bauer, Patrick (Sarah Schmidt) Hamilton and many nieces, nephews and great nieces & nephews.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents, sister Kimberly Goodwill, and nephew Kyle Hamilton.
