Dennis F. Denzer

Dennis F. Denzer, age 59 of Hastings, died peacefully on Wednesday evening, December 23, 2020, at Regency Hospital. Dennis Frank, the son of Frank and Delores (Barthomew) Denzer, was born on March 10, 1961, in Hastings. Following his education, Dennis worked at the local Lock and Dam, then with Curtis Electronics which became Electrofab, and most recently with Micro Parts in Eagan for the last twenty years. He enjoyed fishing with his friend Mike Klein, playing cribbage with his nephew or anyone willing to take him on, garage saling, and was an avid Packer and Wrestling fan. Dennis was a hard worker throughout his life, and would do anything to help his family and friends. He was united in marriage to Carrie Nelson and she preceded him in death in 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents; and by his wife, Carrie. Dennis is survived by his siblings, Norman (Carrie) Denzer and Denice Denzer (Mike Connin); stepchildren, Rob (Kelly) Sage and Kelly McGuire; granddaughter, Stephanie Sage; great grandsons, Michael and Levi Sage; niece, Nicole Nelson; nephews, Ken (Nicki) Deppe Jr., Justin Lewis, Brandon (Ashleigh) Denzer, and Zach Filkins; sister-in-law, Lisa Bounds; and by many friends. Due to Covid, a Celebration of Dennis' Life will be held at a later date. Please continue to check the funeral home's website for updated information. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
