Denise Antoinette Schmoller

Denise A. Schmoller, age 53 of Hastings, passed away on Thursday evening, June 29, 2017. Denise Antoinette was born on January 11, 1964 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Anthony and Barbara (Balsimo) Vibar. She was a graduate of St. Agnes High School in St. Paul and was later joined in marriage to Joseph F. Schmoller at St. Columba Church in St. Paul. Denise was a beautiful person inside and out. She was loving, accepting of all and a joy to be around whether at work or at home. She loved her family and adored her daughters and grandchildren, who were her world. Denise enjoyed camping, shopping, interior decorating and her dogs. She was preceded in death by her sister, Nessa Davis. Denise is survived by her husband, Joseph; daughters, Mandy (Metric) Giles, Pam (JR) Schmoller and Ashley (Rob) Schmoller; grandchildren, Lydia, Audrey, Trey, Penelope and Jeremiah; parents, Tony and Barb Vibar; sisters, Nadean Erickson, Chelen Gore, Cory Sherwood and Lisa Vibar; mother in law, Joan Elston; sister in law, Sue Schmoller; brother in law, John Schmoller; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial services for Denise will be held at Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home Cremation Services and announced at a later date.
