Deb Oldenburger

Deb Oldenburger, an avid sports fan, age 38, of Prescott, WI, passed away March 4, 2011 at United Hospital in St. Paul. She was born Oct. 18, 1972 in Wishek, ND to Roger and Cathleen 'Kay' Oldenburger. Deb was a basketball player for the University of California Berkley women's basketball team. She is preceded in death by her grandparents; great aunt, Tillie; and several other great aunts and great uncles; and her beloved cat, Cruiser. Deb is survived by her loving life partner of 13 years, Linda Parker; parents, Roger and Kay Oldenburger; sister, Doreen (Brad) Reister; sister in law, Carol (Rick) Alder; brother in law, David (Bonnie) Parker; nephew, Ben Reister; niece and nephew, Grace and John Parker; special friend, Helen Peterson; loving pets, Vegas; Lucy; and Maggie; several aunts; uncles and cousins.A Memorial Gathering will be held Sat. (3/12) from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings. Memorials are preferred to the Animal Humane Society of Martin County.
