age 53, of Burnsville, passed away unexpectedly on May 14, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father, William and his grandparents. David is survived by his wife, Lesley (nee Kottke); daughters, Katie (Dylan) Tjader and Krista Cummings; his mother, Katherine Cummings; brothers, Patrick (Linda) and Steve (Laurie); sisters, Marcia Cummings, Cindy (Tom) Brownell and Debbie (Mac) McNamara; several loving nieces & nephews, extended family and friends, and his beloved pets, Murphy, Max and Maddy. David began his career working for IBM/Ricoh in 1980. A memorial celebration of David’s life will be held on Monday, May 20 at 11:00 AM at Hope Lutheran Church, 5728 Cedar Ave. So., Mpls. A gathering of family & friends will also be held at 6-8 PM Sunday, May 19 at the church and also one hour prior to the service. Memorials preferred.
