Powers, David F., age 82 of Burnsville. Survived by wife, Shirley; sons, Kenneth, Michael (Tamar) and Douglas Powers; 2 grandchildren; brother, Lewis (Roseanne) Powers; nieces & nephews. Service Wednesday 11:00 AM, St. James Lutheran Church, 3650 Williams Drive, Burnsville. Visitation one hour prior to service at the church. Interment Pleasant View Memorial Gardens.
