Constance D. “Connie”, age 59, of Lakeville, MN, died peacefully surrounded by her family after a lengthy battle with liver disease. Preceded in death by her father, Ralph Ledin. Survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Mike; two sons, Nicholas and Christopher Nygaard; mother, Agatha “Gussie” Ledin; brother, Paul (Sharon)Ledin; sister, Joan(Terry)Gard; and friends. Connie was a devoted mother and wife who touched the lives of many famly and friends and will be dearly missed by all. Memorial service Saturday, December 27th, at 11 AM in SouthCross Community Church, 1800 East County Road 42, Burnsville, MN with a gathering of family and friends Friday, December 26, from 5-8 PM in Henry W Anderson Mortuary, 147th and Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN.
