Colleen D. Penning, 61, of Apple Valley, passed away Thursday surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her husband James, sons Jason and Michael, daughter Andrea, granddaughter Madison, stepmother Carol Warner, brother Garrett, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11 AM Tuesday, April 19 at the Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Avenue, Apple Valley (952) 432-2331. Visitation is 4-7 PM Monday and 10-11 AM Tuesday. Interment will be in Lebanon Cemetery.
