Clyde Pelfrey

Clyde Pelfrey, age 91, of Minneapolis, born in Wolf Creek, KY on April 17, 1919 to Grant and Edith Pelfrey, departed on September 20, 2010. Preceded in death by wife, Viola. Survived by son, Jerry (Debbie) and 3 grandchildren: Jason, Tiffany (Bobby) Abigando and Will (Megan) Gardner; 2 great-grandchildren, Taylor Sanders and Jaden Abigando. Clyde served as a sentry in Newfoundland during WWII. And he worked at N.S.P. for 35 years. Special thanks to the caring staff at Augustana, Right-at-Home, and the medical staff of Evercare. A funeral service will be held at 11:30AM, with visitation one hour before, Monday, September 27th at the Augustana Apartments Auditorium. Complimentary valet parking available at AHCC, 1007 E. 14th St. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
