Cheryl Sommers

Cheryl Lee Sommers, age 57, of Hastings died Monday, July 9, 2012 at her home in Hastings. Cheryl was born November 9, 1954 in Hastings, MN to Marvin and Bernice (Newman) Sommers. Cheryl loved life and enjoyed a good cup of coffee. Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sisters Sandy Rother and Valerie Sommers; her brothers Ricky Sommers, Robert Liddle and Duane Liddle; also many nieces, nephews and cousins. The family would like to give a special thank you to her care givers at REM. The Funeral Mass, officiated by Fr. Stan Mader will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, July 20, 2012 at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Vermillion, MN. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the Mass at church. Interment will follow in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Cemetery, Hastings, MN.
