Charlotte J. Peterson, a devoted mother and grandmother, age 69, of Hastings, passed away August 31, 2011. She is preceded in death by husbands, Stanley Burr and Joseph Peterson. She is survived by children, Sam (Mary) Burr; Cyndy (Owen) Heschke; Steve Burr (Nancy); Edward (Marie) Peterson; Scott Burr; Julie Morgan; Rick (Lynn) Peterson; Kellie Peterson (Richard); 24 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; sisters, Ruth (Myron) Whipple; Henry Hamilton; Darlene (Jake) Burr; brother, Tom Hamilton; many other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial, Monday (9/5) at 5:00 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 W. 15th St., Hastings. Visitation 2 hours prior to mass at church. Interment St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jeff Winter, Bryan Morgan, Rob Morgan, Jordan Cantley, Mike Bier & Sam Hamilton.
