Charles "Charlie" Westcott, age 76 of North St. Paul, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday morning, August 7, 2025.
Private graveside services will be held at Christ The King Catholic Cemetery in Cambridge.
Arrangements are being completed by Starkson Family ~ Anderson Chapel of Apple Valley.
