Chad M., age 40, of St. Paul, MN unexpectedly passed away on Friday, October 15, 2010. He is survived by his loving parents, Bruce and Rosanne; sisters, Nicole(Dan) and Bobbi(Jason); nieces and nephews; grandparents, Tony and Doris Onischuk. Chad will be remembered as a dedicated sports fan. Funeral service Wednesday, October 20 at 12 noon with his visitation starting at 11 AM at Luther Memorial Church, 315 15th Ave North, South St. Paul, MN.
