Cecelia V. Herman, age 92 of Hastings died Monday, April 8, 2013 at the Regina Nursing Home. Cecelia was born September 13, 1920 in St. Paul, MN to Peter and Mary (Jannette) Alexander. She married Victor C. Herman on October 25, 1975 in St. Paul and they resided in Hastings. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Vic; and two brothers, John and Ed Alexander. Cecelia is survived by friends Don and Vernelle Cysiewski of Hastings; sister-in-law Micky Alexander of St. Paul; also niece and nephews. A Funeral Mass, officiated by Fr. Robert Altier will be held 11:30 AM Thursday, April 11, 2013 at Regina Chapel, 1175 Nininger Road, Hastings with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Cottage Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers are Dale, David, Mike and Lane Cysiewski.
