Koepsell (Huber), Catherine E.
Age 68 of Lakeville, passed away peacefully on April 18, 2016 surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. Preceded in death by parents, Helen and Royle; sister, Virginia Wenker; nephew, Matthew Huber. Survived by loving daughters, Michelle (Jim) Montroy and Kristen (Darrin Steinkamp) Koepsell; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; siblings, Stephen Huber, Barbara Huber, and Curtis (Sheila) Huber; many nieces, nephews and her beloved dog, Herbie. Celebration of Life 3pm, Monday, April 25 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley, with a gathering one hour prior.
