Burdette E. Bergman

age 66 of Golden Valley passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer on July 26, 2008 at the Texas Terrace Care Center in St. Louis Park. Preceded in deathd by parents, Ragnar and Eleanor Bergman and brother, Bruce R. Bergman. She graduated Roosevelt High School and worked many years for the Dayton Hudson Corporation. She was recently honored for 15 years of service by the Minneapolis Jewish Federation of Minnetonka. She was a board member of the Pheasant Glen Townhomes Association, and long-time member of Mt.Olivet Lutheran Church. She is survived by her niece Kari Berman Beavers (husband Greg) and great niece & great nephew Jenna and Jared Beavers and sister-in-law Beverly J. Berman. The family wishes to thank the Minneapolis Jewish Federation, Pheasant Glen Townhome Association, and the Texas Terrace Care Center for the care, love and support during Burdettes illness. Service 12 Noon, Thursday Lakewood Cemetery Chapel 3600 Hennipen ave. Visitation 1/2 hour before service. Internment Lakewood. Memorials preferred to the Minneapolis Jewish Federation, Mt.Olivet Lutheran Chrch or American Cancer Society.
