Brett Allyn Michling

Brett A. Michling, age 44, of Hastings, died suddenly on Friday, November 6, 2015 in St. Paul.Brett Allyn, the son of Cheryl Michling was born on June 6, 1971 in Hastings. Brett was a great friend and loved to fish and sketch. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Mike Korneski and his nephew, Brandon Horst.Brett is survived by his mother, Cheryl of Farmington; his sisters, Brenda Horst of South St. Paul and Bridgett (Mark) Siebenaler of Farmington; his nieces and nephews, Jack, Abbey (fianc, Rob), Aaron and Anna; and by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 11, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home Cremation Services, 201 East Seventh St., Hastings.In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
