Brett A. Behnke

Brett A. Behnke, age 52, of Turtle River, passed away in a motorcycle accident June 14, 2015. He was born in St. Paul on December 10, 1962 to his mother Margaret Behnke. He married Tracie Henriksen on June 17, 1994 in Hastings. Brett was a humble, family man who loved the outdoors, especially the ocean. He was funny, and quirky and touched the lives of many people. Brett loved nothing more than a new adventure. He was preceded in death by his mother. Brett is survived by his wife and best friend, Tracie; children, Dean Behnke; Dustin (Cassie) Behnke; Dave (Jennifer) Lundberg; Christa (John) Behnke; and Jeanna Clarke; grandchildren, Trinity; Kayden; Wyatt; Ava; Charlotte; extended family and many friends. A funeral service will be held on Friday (6/19) at 2:00 p.m. at Vasa Lutheran Church, 15235 Norelius Rd in Vasa. A visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the service at church.
