MIES,William N. 'Billy' age 69 of Byron, MN formerly of Hastings passed away October 25, 2007. Preceded in death by parents, William and Laverna (Freiermuth) Mies; sister, Marlene; brother, Jerry. He is survived by wife, Kathleen; children, Nicole, William J., Autumn, Kathlyn, Sherlyn, Thomas, Richard (Patricia); 14 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Lou, Patricia; brother, Richard; other relatives and friends. Memorial Mass will be held Monday October 29, 2007 at St. Mathias Catholic Church in Hampton. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
