Brown, Bettye Ruth (Wilkins)
Age 87 of Minneapolis, went to be with the Lord on September 10, 2020. Preceded in death by her husband, Melvyn; daughter, Grace; brothers, Harold, Hamlet and Giles; and sisters, Jennie and Reefa Mae. Survived by children, Melvyn Jr., Oliver (Mary), Andrea Kiley, Timothy (Joy) and Jonathan; grandchildren, Melvyn III, George, Marc, Romana, Holly and Oliver; great-grandchildren, Emma, Keegan, Elijah, Camille and Ardean; sister, Louise (Roosevelt); many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Private family services will be held. Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
