Pederson, Betty M. Age 89 of Mpls. Former Associate Professor and Director of Nursing Services U of M, former Director of Nursing VA Hospital Des Moines, IA, Captain US Army Nursing Corp. WW II, member of Southside Singers. Thank you to Heartland Hospice, Dan the nurse, and Deb the singing angel and Renea, special care giver, Al and Sandy for 4 years with Betty until the end of her beautiful life. Survived by nephew, John E. Miles; many cousins and friends. Service Wednesday 11 AM, Lebanon Lutheran Church, 36th St and 21st Ave S. Visitation 1 hour before service at church. Interment Hazelwood Cemetery, Bayport, MN. Memorials to U of M School of Nursing c/o of Laurel Mallon or Lebanon Lutheran Church.
