Betty Lou Arnold

age 84, of Apple Valley, MN passed away on March 8, 2022. She was born in Rochester, MN to Richard M. Roark & Leila (Curtis) Roark. She studied elementary education at Mason City Junior College. (Class of 1958).  She retired from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and also from Augsburg College in Mpls.  Betty then took over as the caregiver of TJ Langhorst – her grandson. This was the “job” she loved most in life!  She is survived by her daughter, Erin Langhorst; grandson TJ Langhorst; brother, Richard D. Roark; (Sue, Mike and Peggy); and beloved forever friends: Connie Urban (Erich and Skylar), Debbie Aritt (Libby) and Shelley Stark.  She will be missed by many family and friends!!  A memorial service will be held at 1 PM with a visitation one hour before on Monday, March 14, 2022 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley.
