Welshons, Bette M. age 82 of Hastings passed away March 5, 2009. Bette was born in Hastings on July 26, 1926 to Robert and Lucille Bradt. She married Amos Welshons June 5, 1948 at St. Boniface Church in Hastings. She was preceded in death by her husband, Amos; granddaughter, Kimberly; parents; and brother, Arnie Bradt. She is survived by children, Mark (Leslie); Joel (Deborah); Susan (Gary) Hoffman; Tracy; Bill (Bonnie); Lynn (Steve) Schneider; Daniel (Donna); Marnie (Chris) Schaffer; Gena (Brian) Jones; grandchildren, Jessie; Andy (Andrea); Nicole; Christopher; Cassie (Chad); Erin; Peter; Brian; Laura; Kevin; Emma; Ryan; Natalie; Ethan; Nick; Alli; Eric; Kyle; great grandchildren, Elizabeth; Mckena; Nicholas and Griffin; sisters, Audrey (Ken) Kochendorfer; Mary (Al) Kieffer; brothers, Guy (Dolly) Bradt; Gene (Dona) Bradt and Bill (Darlene) Bradt; other relatives and friends; also remebered by special lifetime friends, Lois Jenson and Shirley Hertogs. Mass of Christian Burial officiated by Fr. Jim Perkl, Wed (3/11) 11:00 a.m at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 W. 15th St., Hastings. Visitation Tuesday (3/10) from 4:00 €“ 8:00 p.m. at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings and 1 hour prior to mass at church. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
