Beth McCowan, age 61, of Lakeville, passed away on September 3, 2012 after a courageous 4 year battle with ovarian cancer. Beth is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, William A.Jr.; children, Jane M. (Jeff) Taylor, William A. “Drew” Miller III and Lacey T. Miller; grandson, Benjamin Taylor; brother, Robert S. McCowan; and extended family and friends. Beth worked her way up the corporate ladder to become president of IMC Balloon Agency. Funeral services for Beth will be held on Friday, September 7th at 2 PM at the Lakewood Cemetery Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave So., with her visitation Thursday 6-8 PM at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 147th and Garrett Ave., Apple Valley and a half hour prior to the service at the Lakewood Chapel. Incryptment Lakewood Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the MN Ovarian Cancer Alliance.
