Age 100. Born Dec. 24, 1914, formerly of Bloomington, MN, went to be with the Lord Jan. 31, 2015. Preceded in death by parents, Fredrick & Minnie Preble; daughter, Sara Haileselassie; granddaughter, Lydia Asmelash; grandson, Ephraim Mersha, also brothers and sisters. Survived by Tamerat (Lola) Mersha, Abeje Asmelash; grandchildren, Joshua Mersha, Yoseph Mersha and Leah Asmelash; nieces, nephews & many friends. Service Friday, 12 noon, Lakewood Chapel, 36th & Hennepin. Visitation Thursday, 4-7 PM at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Mpls., and visitation 1/2 hour prior to service. Interment Lakewood.
