Jestice, Barbara V.

Age 85 of Burnsville, went to be with her Heavenly Father on October 13, 2019. Preceded in death by her husband, Marvin; and brothers, Robert and Lowell Veness. Survived by her children, Scott (Michelle) and Kim (Keith) Larson; grandchildren, Dylan, Amanda, Grayson, Sophia, Brandon and Courtney; sisters, Carol Poole and Audrey Hardy; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. After high school Barbara worked at 1^st National Bank downtown Minneapolis. She traveled the world extensively until she met her husband at a dance class. Marv & Barb were married in 1960. She’s been a lifetime member at Faith Covenant Church in Burnsville. Entertaining, hospitality and making others feel welcome were some of Barb’s greatest gifts. She will be greatly missed, but we know she is in heaven smiling down on us and making sure we are all “good little eaters.” Funeral at 11am on Fri., Oct. 25, 2019 at Faith Covenant Church, 12921 Nicollet Ave. S., Burnsville, with visitation one hour prior. Interment Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to Art Perri Ministries, or Operation Christmas Child, two of Barb’s favorite organizations.
