August 'Augie" Holleschau

August “Augie” Holleschau, age 77, of Minneapolis, born Dec. 24, 1936 in Mpls. to Harriet and Wilford, passed away Mar. 19, 2014. He is preceded in death by brothers, Douglas and Allan. Augie will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 33 years, Ann; brother, Richard (Sue); nieces and nephews: Jeff (Tonya), Randy (Reagan), and Hollie (Tom) Hollaman, Lisa, Vicki, Garrett and Isabella Weiss; great-niece and nephews: Nicole, Colton and Jason Holleschau; brothers-in-law, Tom (Sandy) Weiss and Dave (Kelly) Weiss and extended family and friends. Augie was a kind, gentle soul with a deep love of family and a great memory for family history and events. He loved to work on his beautiful yard, pond and gardens, and enjoyed projects that beautified his home. He always added a touch of class to everything he did. Augie and Ann enjoyed many cherished times and wonderful trips together and were never apart for long. Memorial service, 12:00 noon, Wednesday, March 26, with visitation ? hour prior at Lakewood Memorial Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave., Mpls. Inurnment, Lakewood Garden Mausoleum. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
