Age 90 of Burnsville, went to be with the Lord on Nov. 23, 2021. Preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Sue. Survived by children: Lyle (Tami), Scott (Laura), Claudia (Jim) Campos, Mitchell (Julie) and Melissa Erickson; grandchildren: Jesse (Lisa), Sarah (Jake), Michaela, Courtney, Whitney, Spencer (Johanna), Matt (Becky), Christina and Jonathan; great-grandchildren: Jacob, Rebekah, Isaiah, Isaac, Leah, Valkyrie, Bjorn and Oliver; sister-in- law, Alice Pedersen (Ernie); brother-in-law, John Melbostad (Missy); step sister-in-law, Sue Kumpula and step brother-in-law, Clay Kemp; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Arv was a loving husband and father. He will always be remembered for his generosity, and willingness to counsel and encourage those he knew. Funeral service, 2:00 PM Friday, Dec. 3, Minnesota Valley Church, 16075 Hawthorn Path, Lakeville. Visitation is 4-7 PM on Thursday, Dec. 2 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley.
