Arthur T. Holien, age 83 of Edina, born February 4, 1924 in Jasper, MN to Oscar and Ida Holien, passed away January 17, 2008. Art is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Iva. He is survived by children: Gerald Holien, Dennis (Michele) Holien, Kathee (Fred) Johnson, David (Cynthia) Holien, Donald (Sandi) Holien, and Richard (Virginia) Holien; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Lorraine (Jerome) Posey, and Ruth Strader; brother, Arnold ?Bud? (Lois) Holien. Funeral service is 10:30 AM, Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at Living Word Christian Center; 9201 75th Ave. N., Brooklyn Park with visitation one hour before the service at church. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Living Word Christian Center.
