Arthur H. Frandrup

Arthur H. "Art" Frandrup, age 84, of Randolph, MN, a life-long farmer, died 3/7/08 at the Angels Care Center in Cannon Falls, MN. He wasborn on February 15, 1924 in Hampton Twp. to Ferdinand Veronica (Reiter) Frandrup. He married Marian Rathman on June 25, 1947 in Comfrey, MN. Art was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Amelia Veronica at birth, and a son-in-law Joseph Conrad. He is survived by his wife Marian; 6 children Evelyn Conrad, Thomas (Victoria Mendele), Elaine (Ernest) Malecha, Janice (Gary) Simonson, Annette (James) Frandrup-Frie, Steven (Paula Martin); 21 grandchildren 7 great-grandchildren; brothers Arvie �Bud� Frandrup, Fredric �Fritz� (Dora Mae) Frandrup, Gerald �Jerry� (Delores) Frandrup, Donald (Mary) Frandrup; and sister Mary (Lawrence) Weatherly. The FuneralMass for Art Frandrup will be held at 11am Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at the ST. MATHIAS CATHOLIC CHURCH, in Hampton, with interment following in the St. John's Cemetery in Vermillion. The visitation will be held from 4-8pm Monday at CATURIA-SMIDT FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. 7th St., Hastings 1 hour prior to the service at church on Tuesday. The Parish Vigil will be held at 4pm on Monday at the funeral home.
