Ann K. Curren

Curren, Ann (Harder), Age 70, of Hastings (formerly of St. Paul), peacefully passed away on July 19th. Born in Aberdeen, SD, Ann moved to the Twin Cities in 1980 to be near family and was a long-time employee of Minnesota Mutual Life. She eventually moved to Hastings to enjoy a slower pace of small-town life. Ann was a gift wrap extraordinaire and loved making cards, reading cookbooks, doing crossword puzzles and tending to her plants. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Joe; and nephew, Zach Harder. She is survived by daughter, Molly (Ryan) Lueck; grandchildren, Dakota, Chay and Ash; brother, Jim (Joy) Harder; extended family and friends, including her dear friend, Jeri Hoffman. A memorial service will be on Tuesday, August 3rd at 5pm at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel, 3075 Vermillion St, Hastings MN 55033 with a visitation one hour prior and reception to follow. Special thanks to the caregivers at Regina Senior Living Transitional Care Unit and Grace Hospice. Memorials preferred to Grace Hospice.
