Angele J., age 64, on Jan 7th, 2010 after a courageous 18 month battle with lung cancer, surrounded by her loving family. Angele is preceded in death by her parents, Al and Cecelia VanderHeyden and sister, Kelly Piel. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Bob; children, Kim (Rique) Beslin and Dan (Lucy) Eckstrom; 5 adoring grandchildren, Stephanie, Rebecca, Desiree, Mia, and Daniel Chance; sisters, Alice (Jim) Vogel, Jeanne Ruiz and Pam (Bill) Travis; brothers, Kevin, Michael, Jim and David VanderHeyden; brother-in-law, Joe Piel; along with many nieces, nephews, in-laws and dear friends in MN and AZ where she spent the last 13 winters. Funeral service Monday, Jan 11th at 11 AM Saints Martha and Mary Episcopal Church, 4180 Lexington Ave So, Eagan with her visitation Sunday, Jan 10th 2-5 PM Henry W Anderson Mortuary, 147th and Garrett Ave, Apple Valley and an hour prior to the service. Memorials preferred to MOHPA, Allina Hospice or Caring Bridge.
