Andrea R. Borgstrom, age 35, of Woodbury, Minnesota, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
Andrea was born on November 30, 1989, in St. Paul, Minnesota, to Cheryl (Borgstrom) Klesel. She grew up alongside her big brother Ryan playing various sports, going on family vacations and being typical siblings. She was smart, independent, determined, outgoing, caring and kind. She loved spending time with her grandparents, Neil and Charlene Borgstrom, who held a special place in her heart. Cheryl married Mike in 2001 and Andrea was so excited to finally have a "complete" family. She adored Mike and he loved her as if she was one of his own children.
Andrea was a proud mother to six children: Jessiah, Jessariah, Milania, Myssiah, Jaylani, and Malakai, whom she loved deeply. Though life’s challenges kept her from being with them as she wished, her love for them never wavered.
She is survived by her children; her mother, Cheryl Klesel; brother, Ryan Renslow; stepsister, Katie Klesel; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Mike Klesel; and her grandparents, Neil and Charlene Borgstrom.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2499 Helen Street North, North St. Paul, Minnesota, with a visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. A reception will follow, and interment will take place at Pine Island Cemetery in Pine Island, Minnesota.
Andrea will be remembered with love and will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew her.
