Alexander K. Beissel

Alexander K. Beissel, age 22, of Hampton, died unexpectedly December 31, 2010. Alexander was born on August 5, 1988 in Northfield to Kevin and Debora (Robinson) Beissel. He was a 2006 graduate of Hastings High School. Alexander worked as a motorcycle technician for Harley Davidson in St. Paul and enjoyed making friends. Alexander is survived by his parents Kevin Beissel of Hampton and Deb Beissel of Ankeny, Iowa; sister Abby (Kurt) Angerman of Hastings, brothers Adam (Seasons) Beissel of Stoughton, WI and Aaron Beissel of Hampton; a niece Hannah Angerman of Hastings, step father Jeff Rudi of Hampton, grandparents Don and Virginia Beissel of Hastings and Marland and Ruth Robinson of Mount Grove, MO, as well as many other relatives and friends.The Funeral Mass, officiated by Rev. Stan Mader, will be held10:30AM Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Vermillion. The visitation will be from 4-8PM Monday, January3, 2011 at Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home, 201 E. 7th St., Hastings, and one hour prior to the service at church. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. The pallbearers are Aaron Beissel, Adam Beissel, Kurt Angerman, Ryan Beissel, Kyle Johnson, and Adam Winzig.
