Al Wolf

Allen Lee 'Al' Wolf, an avid Beekeeper, age 71 of Cloverton, passed away November 30, 2010 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul. Al was born December 20, 1938 in Hastings to Harry and Lois (Wolterstorff) Wolf. He was a real Renaissance man. A true Jack of all trades, who loved anything in the outdoors, especially hunting and four wheeling. He married Margie Kegler at Holy Trinity Church on August 19, 1961 in South St. Paul. Al worked for over 40 years as a machinist for Waldorf and was a volunteer Firefighter. He was a member of the Church Council and loved playing Cribbage.Al was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Harry Wolf Jr. He is survived by his wife, Margie; daughter, Heidi Jo (Cary) Carstensen; granddaughter, Dani Rose; brothers, Dale (Joyce) Wolf; and Lyle (Jan) Wolf; sister, Sally (Dennis) Lee; many nieces; nephews; and a world of friends. A Funeral Service, officiated by Pastor Tim Faust, will be held Monday (12/6), at 2:00 p.m., at Zion Lutheran Church, RR2, in Markville, MN. A Visitation will be held on Sunday (12/5) from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., in Hastings and 1 hour prior to the service at church on Monday. Pallbearers will be Volunteer Firefighters. Interment will be at the Markville Cemetery.
