Agnes B. Thyren

Agnes B. Thyren, age 94, of Prescott, passed away Nov. 19, 2013 at Prescott Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Community. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin; and 12 brothers and sisters. Agnes is survived by her son, Gary (Joan) Thyren; grandchildren, John (Natalie); Steve (Cyndi); and Amber (Randy) Newton; 6 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Tues. (11/26) at 11:00 a.m. at Cottage Grove United Church of Christ, 7008 Lamar Ave. S. in Cottage Grove. A gathering will be held one hour prior to the service at church. Interment Leavitt Cemetery. A very special Thank You to the staff at Prescott Nursing and Rehabilitation Community.
