Steven M. Lundsted

Lundsted, Steven M., age 60, of Hastings, died 3/3/08 at his home after a short battle with leukemia. Steven was born 9/14/1947 in St. Paul, MN to Edwin O. Irene H. (Brightfeld) Lundsted. He was a 1965 graduate of H.H.S., and graduate of U. of W. Eau Claire and U. of M.Steven had worked in the title insurance industry for 35 years and was president of Northern Title Insurance for 17 years. His passions included cooking, chocolate, sailing, golfing, bowling, and he was an avid reader. Steven was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and an infant brother. He is survived by his wife Jan; daughters Christine (Joe) Lindberg, Jennifer Schmitz; sons Erik (Carrie) Lundsted, Michael Lundsted; step-children Brenda (Craig) Inman, Brett (Andrea) Radde; 10 grandchildren Schae, Nicolas, Rachel, Ryan, Abby, Katie, Cooper, Avery, Nicholas, Alex; sister Cory Bryan, nieces, nephews, also many additional family and friends. His Memorial Service will be held 11am Saturday, 3/8/08 at the CATURIA-SMIDT FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. 7th St., Hastings followed by a gathering at the Hastings American Legion. Memorials are preferred for his grandchildren�s education.
