Shirley K. Ringeisen

Shirley K. Ringeisen, age 75 of Hastings died Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at Regina Medical Center. Shirley was born September 17, 1939 in Hastings to Walter and Catherine (Ryan) Rowan. She attended Hastings schools and married Clellan D. Ringeisen on November 16, 1957 in Mankato, MN. Shirley worked with environmental services at Treasure Island Casino/Hotel. She was an Eagles Auxiliary member and was devoted to family and friends. Her grandkids were her pride and joy. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Clellan, daughter Patricia Ringeisen; brothers James, Richard and William. Shirley is survived by her son Clellan Ringeisen Jr. of Hastings; daughter Katherine Barndollar of Surprise, AZ; grandchildren Holly Baker, Ashley Barndollar and Brittany Barndollar; great grandchildren Brady, Abby, and Isabella Baker; brother Larry Rowan and sister Donna Janssen, both of Hastings. The Funeral Service, officiated by Rev. Lloyd Menke will be held 10 AM Saturday, November 8th at Our Saviours Evangelical Lutheran Church, 400 West Ninth Street in Hastings. Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM Friday at the Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home, 201 East Seventh Street, Hastings, MN and one hour prior to the service at church. Interment will follow in Lakeside Cemetery. The pallbearers are Mark Coulter, Harley Coulter, Elvis Rowan, David Janssen, Joe Janssen and Rick Rowan.
