Robert P. "Bob" Schweich

Robert P. Schweich, age 76, of Hastings, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at United Hospital in St. Paul on September 26, 2021. He was born in Hastings on June 3, 1945 to Gregory and Martha (Bauer) Schweich. Bob is preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Anthony; and brother in law, Gary Endres. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary (nee Herman); children, Tom (Nora), Rob (Chris), Deanna (John), Yvette (Cliff), Danny, Erin (Danny), Bryan (Kolleen), Scott, Patrick (Emily), Krystan (Scott); grandchildren, Carly, Aaron, Dustin, Tegan, DJ, Jordan, CJ, Sommer, Devin, Valen, and Rylie; great grandchildren, Vincent, Rose, Sirius, and one on the way; siblings, Jeanne (Loren), Jan (Jim), Linda (Doug), Lenny (Brenda); Charlie the Cat; other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 from 3:00 - 6:00 PM at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel, 3075 Vermillion St. in Hastings. Per Bob's request, please wear casual attire. Interment will follow the Celebration at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Cemetery in Hastings. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers
