Robert A. Eddy

Robert A. Eddy, age 79, of Woodbury, formerly of Hastings, died March 25, 2010 at Woodwinds Hospital. Robert was born March 15, 1931 in Hastings to Kenneth and Mae (Wright) Eddy. He attended St. Olaf College, received his law degree from the University of Minnesota, andenjoyed a successful career as an attorney for over 25 years. His career was cut short due to illness.Robert lived the last 12 years of his life at Woodbury Estates where he was well taken care of by the loving staff.Robertwas preceded in death by his parents; and is survived by his siblings Jean (Jim) Reissner, Donald Eddy, and Gary (Sue) Eddy; also 9 nieces and nephews, and 9 grand nieces and grand nephews.The Memorial Service officiated by Rev. Connie Claxtonwill be held 11AM Saturday, April 10, 2010at the St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 615 Vermillion Street in Hastings, with a gathering one hour prior to the service at church. Aprivate intermentin Lakeside Cemetery will be held.Memorials are preferred to St. Luke's Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 155, Hastings, MN 55033.
