Penny Lee Hamilton

Penny Lee Hamilton, age 61, of Hastings, died Thursday, June 25, 2009, at her home. Penny was born March 7, 1948 in River Falls, WI to Joseph and Lorraine (Yauck) Young. She married Henry C. Hamilton on April 24, 1965 in Hudson, WI. She was preceded in death by her father; brother Kenneth Young; nieces Angela Feuerhelm and Nissi Young; brother-in-law William Rowan. Penny is survived by her husband Henry C. Hamilton Sr.; children Kim Harvey of Red Wing, Henry C. Hamilton Jr. of Owatonna; Charles L. Hamilton (Kelly Franklin) of Hastings; 5 grandchildren, Lara and Tiffany Harvey, Sam Knoll, Tristan Gustafson, and Alexander Hamilton; mother Lorraine Young of Prescott; siblings, Linda Rowan of Red Wing, Joseph Young (Terry) of Prescott, Sue Flynn (Stan) of Ellsworth, and Leonard Young of Red Wing; also many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. The Memorial Service, officiated by Gordon Gathright will be held at 11:00am Monday, June 29, 2009 at the CATURIA-SMIDT FUNERAL HOME, 201 East Seventh Street, Hastings, with a memorial gathering held 1 hour prior to the service.
