Pauline M. Becker, age 77, of Hastings died Saturday, April 26, 2014 at United Hospital in St. Paul, MN. She was born April 17, 1937 in New Trier, MN to John and Susan (Siebenaler) Bauer. Pauline married Eugene Becker in New Trier on September 3, 1960. Pauline was preceded in death by her husband Eugene, her parents and granddaughter Sarah Becker. She is survived by her children Thomas (Brenda), Gary (Linda), Sandra (Kraig) Kerstetter; grandchildren Josh (Angela) Becker, Jeremy Becker, Jaci and Alicia Kerstetter, Samantha and Jacob Becker; great-grandchildren Bailey and Logan; siblings Peter Bauer, Florence Bauer, Mary Cater, Betty Murphy, Lillian Hoffman, Adeline McDonald, Sylvia Kelly, Dorothy Waltz, Diane Bathrick, Jerry Bauer; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. The funeral Mass, officiated by Fr. James Perkl, will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 Fifteenth Street West, Hastings. There will be a visitation Tuesday from 4:00-8:00 pm at Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home 201 E. 7th St, Hastings, and also one hour prior to the mass at church. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
