Dr. Melvin C. Humbert D.D.S. age 79, of Hastings, died March 21, 2008 at his home in Hastings after a brief illness. Survivors include his wife Lorraine, 4 children Steve (Lynn) Humbert, Mick (Rita) Humbert, Suzi (Jami) McNamara Mary Kay Humbert; also 10 grandchildren; 2 brothers Kris (Phil) Humbert, Roy (Nellie) Humbert, 2 sisters Luby (Elmer) Hollenhorst Doreen (Dick) Hageman; also by nieces nephews. A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 27th at 11 AM at ST. ELIZABETH ANN SETON CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2035 15th Street West in Hastings with a visitation from 9-11 AM at the church. Interment with military honors will follow in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be given to Hastings Family Service, 121 Third Street east, Hastings, MN 55033
