Mary Margaret Zimmerman

Mary Margaret Zimmerman, age 83 of Hastings died Friday, December 26, 2014. Mary was born October 27, 1931 in Hastings to Michael and Marie (Wagner) Kieffer. She graduated from the Villa Maria in Frontenac, MN in 1949. She married Harold Zimmerman at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Hastings on November 8, 1952. Mary was a former employee at Smead Mfg. in Hastings. She loved reading scripture and praying. She was preceded in death by her parents; sons Robert and John Zimmerman, granddaughter Casey Felmlee. Mary is survived by her husband Harold; children Bruce (Yvonne) Zimmerman of Welch, Susan (Steve) Felmlee of Tulsa, OK and Mark (Cathy) Zimmerman of Bethel, MN; grandchildren Rachel (Jake) Covey, Evie (Ryan) Hunt, Christian and Ellie Zimmerman; great grandchildren Madyson and Justin Covey; brother Bud (Darlene) Kieffer of Hastings; also many nieces and nephews. Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to donors choice.
