Mary M. Palm

Mary M. Palm, age 79, of Hastings died October 19, 2010. Mary was born March 3, 1931 in Ridgeland, WI to William and Grace (Stillwell) Kaiser. She married John H. Palm September 16, 1950 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Hastings. Mary had been employed with Smead Mfg. prior to her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John; brothers Roy, Harry, and Jerry; and her sister Elsie. Mary is survived by her four daughters: Darlene (Todd) Nemitz of South St. Paul, Karen (Terry) Erickson of Cottage Grove, Beverly (Mike) Bakken of Hastings, and Sandra (Robert) Tripp of Lutz, FL; also 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; siblings: Joyce (Chuck) Sundby, Annie Kaiser, Janice Kaiser, Helen Leifeld, and Lyle Kaiser. The Funeral Mass, officiated by Fr. James Perkl will be held 11am Thursday, October 21, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 W.Fifteenth St., Hastings with visitation 2 hours prior to the service at church. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. The pallbearers are Steven Kaiser, Dustin Erickson, Jeff Turbenson, and Jeremy Kramer.
