Marion F. Swale

Marion F. Swale, age 86, of Hastings, MN formerly of Hawkeye, IA died on February 2, 2008. Marion was born August 14, 1921 in Mason City, IA to George Alvina (Griebenow) Furgeson. She had served the retail industry as a clerical worker. Marion was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Dale, son Thomas, and husband Eugene W., whom she had helped with their Standard Oil business and provided care for over 20 years. Marion was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She is survived by her daughters Sandra (Gary) Hilden of Hastings, Mary (Roger) Heins of Nekoosa, WI Kris (Bill) Kaberle of Pooler, GA; also grandchildren Scott (Dawn) Meier, Brian Meier, Bill (Tina) Kaberle, Angie Kaberle, Chad Heins, Deena Heins, Dawn McKinney Devon McKinney; great-grandchildren Wyatt, Cole, Hayden Kaberle; Tre Quiana Heins; Bella Meier; Hope Mya Christensen; daughter�in-law Jill Minehart; also nieces, nephews, and many friends. The memorial service will be held at Oakridge Manor Community Room, 1199 Bahls Drive, Hastings at 1:00 pm Friday, February 8, 2008.
