Marie M. Cahill

Marie M. Cahill, age 93, of Hastings died Friday, August 15th, 2008 at the Augustana Health Care Center in Hastings. Shewas born in Hastings on October 11, 1914 to John P. and Margaret (Weiler) Denn. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Frank Cahill; grandson John Cahill Jr. and 13 siblings.Marie is survived by daughters Margaret Mollick and Babe (Don) Holzmer both of Hastings; sons Fran Cahill, John (Rita) Cahill, Mike (Arlene) Cahill all of Hastings, and Pat (Debbie) Cahill of Denver, CO; also 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren; a brother Sylvester "Vess" Denn of Hastings; and 2 sisters-in-law Margaret Denn and Josephine Denn both of Wisconsin.The funeral mass for Marie M. Cahill, officiated by Fr. Abraham George will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, August 18th at the ST. ELIZABETH ANN SETON CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2035 West 15th Street in Hastings, with the visitation held 1 hour prior to the service at the church. The interment will follow in the parish cemetery. The pallbearers are Steve Mollick, Mike Mollick, Kurt Cahill, Mike Cahill, Chris Cahill, and Chad Cahill.
